Why do Dogs Bark
Most dogs will bark, whine or howl at times it's only natural. Dogs vocalize to communicate with humans and to express themselves. Sometimes it’s good that our dogs bark in order to warn us about danger and to protect us from harm. However, extreme barking can be considered a behaviour problem. What is the solution? Well, your dog needs to understand when it’s the right time to bark and when to be quiet, and it's your job to teach this to her. Start working on problem barking as soon as you can. The longer you wait, the harder it gets to control the behaviour. It is a good idea to teach your dog the Speak and Quiet commands. For more information on teaching your dog the Speak and Quiet commands go to our FAQ.

The reader left and link to a website called Lasting Tribute Website which has updated its memorial pages and includes young John-Paul. I took the time to visit the website, which has done a respectful memorial to him. If you wish to visit the site and leave a message go to http://www.lastingtribute.co.uk/tribute/massey/3197433
