Dog Found In Bin Bag

A female dog name Precious was found in a bin bag and dumped at the side of a bypass in Cannock, Staffordshire. Someone noticed fur poking out of the bin bag; the dog coat was so badly matted. She had years of neglect and still cannot stand after a week but has been showing some signs of improvement. The RSPCA said until she can stand her future is uncertain

Precious who is believed to be an eight or nine year old terrier cross is being look after in RSPCA kennels. The member of the public saved the life of the dog. Inspector Penny Wieland said I will never forget the condition and smell of the dog. Words cannot express how disgusted I am that someone could do this. The RSPCA said the dog was on fluids for 48 hours. But now she is eating, drinking and showing some signs of improvement.
